We ship to all 50 States in the U.S.
We support and use the United States Postal Service and with every
package comes a tracking number available to easily and safely
track your packaging. All tracking information is sent to the email
address provided either by Google Checkout or whatever email
address the buyer provides.
All sales, once the purchase button is pressed and information is
processed, are final unless the following happens:
1. Buyer made a quantity mistake
2. Buyer contacts us through phone or by email within 24 hours
of purchase with a VALID and ethical reason.
Returns are only acceptable if: 1. The item purchased was grossly
misrepresented, or 2. Item arrives to the buyer's address was
destroyed or broken, or 3. Wrong item was received.
There will be a 10% restocking fee of original purchase price
added to your reimbursement.
